Nick’s journey into real estate began long before he earned his license. Raised in Wisconsin, he grew up immersed in the business through his father’s brokerage.

Though real estate was always in his blood, Nick’s first calling was the performing arts. After excelling in theatre during high school, he was accepted into the University of Cincinnati’s renowned College-Conservatory of Music, where he majored in musical theatre. His career took him across the country, performing in national tours with Nickelodeon, on cruise ships, and in regional theaters. Eventually, he made his way to Orlando, where he became a beloved fixture at Walt Disney World, performing in Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage for eight years.

When the Covid-19 pandemic paused live performance, Nick pivoted toward real estate, bringing with him the charisma, discipline, and communication skills honed on stage. What began as a temporary shift quickly grew into a thriving career. By 2021, he had fully committed to real estate with eXp Realty, where his energy, focus, and passion for helping people turned into measurable success.

Since launching his career, Nick has closed more than 90 transactions, representing over $43 million in sales volume. In 2022 alone, he earned the Top Producer Award with $11.5 million in sales. Clients describe him as personable, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable about the Central Florida market. His ability to listen, strategize, and negotiate effectively has made him a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers alike.

Beyond residential sales, he is also an investor, having owned several short-term rental properties in Central Florida. His understanding of both traditional homeownership and investment strategy makes him a versatile and forward-thinking agent.

True to his artistic roots, Nick remains connected to the stage as an investor in Broadway’s Tony-nominated revival of The Who’s Tommy. He often says that whether on stage or in real estate, success is about connection—making people feel seen, valued, and supported.
